USPS First Class Mail: Orders received before 10am are usually shipped the same day. First Class is the slowest shipping method, so please take your time if you choose this option. We offer 2-3 day priority shipping for just a little more. The first class can last up to a week or sometimes 2-3 days. There is no warranty for this option. First Class is only for packages under £1. We can send with empty envelopes.
Home Ground Fedex packages are shipped the same day if ordered before 10am. If you are in the southeastern United States, this is the fastest method. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. See our country map to see when your order will arrive.
California - Airsoft guns are shipping with new color bands to comply with new gun laws (SB 199). There are no San Francisco guns for sale (parts and kits are portable).

New York - NYC / 5 Boroughs Airsoft gun orders are canceled immediately. Parts and equipment are ok to ship, just no guns. New York State will have guns with a neon orange sign that are mandatory. Customer must comply with local laws. Weapons that are difficult to mark will be canceled at our discretion.
Selling to minors is prohibited. 18+ strictly. Ultimately, it is up to you to check your applicable laws and codes before purchasing. All sales are made in the state of Georgia and you contract with a separate shipping company in your state.
APO, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Wake Island, Alaska and Hawaii addresses ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are packaged (usually within 24 hours) and shipped via US Priority Mail, fully insured and with required signature (price included).
Canada - Your government is horrible and will hold packages for over 5 weeks for customs + high taxes. We recommend ordering from the domestic store in Canada or be prepared to wait a long time. Use a carrier - see above.

A quick note about our return policy. Airsoft guns are considered hobby grade electronic products. Airsoft products are not consumer grade toys. These are sensitive electronic devices that are easily damaged without proper care. They are also considered weapons in some jurisdictions, so like real gun stores, we have an "all final sale" policy. However, to keep our customers happy, we have the following exceptions to all final sales policies:
Exchanges are allowed on some products within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are only made for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. If an item is damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact customer support immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges are generally for the exact same item, but we will consider other exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not refundable. In case of defect or damage, it will be exchanged for the same or similar products. Exchanges for manufacturer defects are at our discretion, either directly through us or through the manufacturer. After 14 days, the warranty is always through the manufacturer. The cost of shipping to us or shipping all exchanges and defects is the responsibility of the customer.
